A Lithuania Visa is mandatory to visit the nation of Lithuania. However, you may not require a Lithuania visa if you hold a Schengen visa. Still, it only allows you to visit Lithuania for a short duration. If you need to visit Lithuania for a longer duration, then you will need a Lithuania National Visa.
Lithuania is a party to the Schengen Agreement. This means that the other citizens may enter Lithuania for up to 90 days for tourist or business purposes without a visa.

You must apply for temporary residency if you plan on staying in Lithuania for more than 90 days within any six month period.
You will have to lodge your Tourist Schengen Visa application at the embassy/consulate/visa centre of your main destination in the Schengen Area.
Children traveling unaccompanied must have written permission from at least one parent or guardian to travel outside the country. This does not apply to visitors.
